Squealing during idle.

Ok so this sound is coming from what looks to be top/back of engine bay. I have already upgraded the PCV valve and replaced the throttle body O ring.

My code reader sometimes get hit with code 2D2E but then goes away on its own without me clearing the code. and then sometimes it comes back.

I’ve also noticed if i give the car throttle the noise goes away. The car pulls hard still and doesn’t seem to be having issues starting and there is no smoke coming out of the exhaust or engine bay. I will try to send a video but it isn’t letting me.
Does anyone know what this could be or anyone have had a similar problem?

And I checked all my charge pipes and other places that could maybe be leaking but I dont feel any air in those places so im maybe thinking valve cover gasket? or Crankcase seal?
