There are a lot of videos but this one is the most recent and is from an actual race driver and coach (Scott Mansel). He has a great Sim series on youtube Driver61.

personally, Sim racing has helped me a lot with trailbraking and since I race in VR keeping my head moving to apex/exits and looking down track.

Look up OBS (open broadcast software) they have a free download and bunch of YouTube videos on how to capture video/ stream.

Realism arguments aside Pcars2 is just so much quicker and easier than AC to get a group together for races w/ quick track and car selections.
