Ok, I have not updated this thread in forever and I will update more in the future.
I installed a single turbo ACF top mount kit with a precision 6466 with T51R mod. I flow roughly ~1200cc of 100% methanol through my CP running on 93 octane. Fucking blast to drive. Yes a bit of lag down low but all you have to do is downshift and floor it or brake boost. It's weird reving out to 7200 when I short shifted at 6200 the entire life of the car on the stock snails. T51R mod: ![]() Before polish: ![]() It's a big boy DBB 900hp 90/lb min turbo: https://www.full-race.com/store/prec...hoCuq8QAvD_BwE My new suspension is in: https://www.e90post.com/forums/showt...5#post25439025 I will post better updates in the future. Car is an absolute BLAST to drive with the suspension in. I cannot express enough of how confidence inspiring it is and the car just feels so good being pushed. I am literally back in love with the car again. Just so much fun to drive. After all these years and time invested it feels so good. If I do anything next year to the car it will be a hood, fenders, race seats. I have a full black interior I may swap in at the same time but I am hesitant as I think the blue on tan looks a bit classier.

What I 'should' do is buy 17 inch arc 8s or whatever the only 17s which will clear my BBK. I would drop around 5-6 lbs per wheel so the suspension would react even faster and I would have a ton more sidewall. It would help all around. Thing is I love my 19 inch BBS and how they look. I also don't like buying things twice and I am way too lazy to own two sets of rims for a car I drive in all honesty half the year. Only other option is fender flares or a wide body to fit wider tires. I hate the look of fender flares and a custom wide body is just way too much cash for me. 265s are really not that wide. It is a shame but that is a limiting factor for the e92 small rear tires. E90s get to run wider. So...I am just going to run until the MPSS die which is sooner than later, and then get a more aggressive tires all around. The more aggressive the lower tread wear and faster I will be replacing them. Yay! |

Rolling fenders helps a bunch as I'm sure you're aware. In terms of money, those BBS are still worth a good chunk of change on the secondary market. When the time comes to buy new tires, might as well sell those upgrade to a wider & lighter wheel. Lastly, nobody spends 2 years' salary on their suspension and expects a decrease in tire wear ![]()

Updated 1st post so the mod list is at least accurate now.
Added a couple new pictures to my suspension review: https://www.e90post.com/forums/showt...5#post25439025 Car is in hibernation mode for the winter living on life support. Hello 2020

Torgus How do you like your rev shift motor mounts? How's the NVH?
With my upcoming turbo replacement, I'm thinking of just replacing the motor mounts now (70k) while I have the subframe dropped, not sure if I should go with the 335is OEMs or upgrade.

![]() I think there is VERY little nvh and I have basically every bushing replaced with something harder/stronger/solid. I would do them again in a heart beat. You should also upgrade your tranny bushings as it is cheap and fast if you have not already. I have rogue mounts. Seem the be the best choice before things get really stiff.

I'm not sure if my motor mounts even need to be replaced at 70k, but I feel like it's something I might as well do while my subframe is dropped. Might hold off on the tranny mounts for the time being, I feel a clutch upgrade is in my near future anyway.

I got a ton of new parts to install. Many more pictures will be added soon.
Here is a teaser. A lot of PR parts. Think they would have given me a discount...nope! Just stock photos all the parts are in the garage because it's cold and I don't want to walk down there. Runs 2 fuel pumps: ![]() Walbro 525 & 535: ![]() Forward facing intake manifold with PI and internal v stacks: ![]() Fancy coil packs and 2 step colder plugs: ![]() Dual catch can to go with M18 VC: ![]() PR driver's side assembly. Larger fuel filter, 6an fuel line connection, Boost referenced FPR, removes stock restriction(more flow): ![]() 6AN fuel line upgrade: ![]() Motiv Reflex to run PI etc. ![]() Oh one of these as well but mainly for looks: M18 VC, logo delete, powdercoated, with rare polished PR coil cover: Bunch of other stuff too I am forgetting. m3 strut bar tons of little things that add up, etc. The goal being a 750whp 100% E85 dyno in 2022. I would like to replace the front seats some day...

Thank you for the encouraging words everyone!
The boat is out of the driveway blocking my garage door and in the water at the lake. Rebuilt the carbs and it runs like a top. The E92 can now be brought into the driveway and put on jackstands to be worked on! My goal is to get everything installed and dyno by the fall and join the 700 club. Hopefully sooner!

Dyno'd and tuned
Dyno'd finally. 767 whp and tq. Not a dynojet but it should be north of 700 on 28psi. Tuned by Ken@Wedge and thanks to Woodward Motorsports for getting it done.
