Coilover recs?

I drive an 08 e93 328i with about 110k miles. I took it up the mountain pass today and anytime I did any sort of turn at speed it would be very bumpy and rough. But the car still drove properly and it responded the way i wanted it to, it was just rough. So I’ve been looking at coilovers and wanted to know what’s the best bang for buck option and which set i can get the most performance out of. I’d prefer if the set came with adjustable dampening.

Thanks

Bilstein B14 kit is probably the best quality kit for the price. The ride height is adjustable and rides better than stock sport suspension. If you don't go upgrade just buy new replacement sport suspension. It will ride way better than stuff with 110k miles. Check out Rock Auto.

What ever route you choose buy this kit from Turner Motorsports. It's a no brainer because these parts will be dry rotted and worn out. Cheers.

Just to add to this: B14's are a lot firmer than the sport suspension. So if you're not into sacrificing a bit of comfort for better handling, they're not for you.

Source: I just installed B14's in my car and think they're great.

Garage List
I know I'm biased, but don't overlook Ohlins Road and Track. Not cheap, but if you're keeping your car for the long term, well worth considering...
