[328iX-D]

Hi this is my first post. I have 2010 328i X-Drive.

I bought the car as a knocking car seller told me it was timing chain I had my doubts, but I like gambling 😂. My gamble didn’t work out ended up swapping the engine (the og one had no compression) for a similar kms n52b30. After the swap was done we still couldn’t get it too turn over.

After the Mechcanic who swapped the engine couldn’t figure it out I brought it another Mechcanic who used to be a bmw tech, after like 1500$ (his labour was crazy) he only swapped the eccentric shaft sensor. I decided to bring it to my go to Mechcanic ( didn’t bring it to him before bcs he was booked up) after like a year of on and off work he said that it wasn’t mechanical but electrical and we fixed the engine harnes and still same issue so he tried a couple other harnesses and still the same shit and now we’re at a stump.

Another note it will only slightly crank than immediately die with Valtronic motor disconnected. I have a video I will attach a link.
