Angry 2011 335i xdrive 6AT transmission issues

Started having issues with my auto trans back in November, after doing some research i thought i could get away with just replacing the mechatronics seals the 4 tubular seals, the bridge seal, and the electrical connector seal. after re assembly this did not change the shifting and was still having the issue. then i bought some solenoids, re assembled again. I put a new pan on and Liqui Molly ATF, and reset the adaptations through INPA, it drove perfect for two weeks but it got worse over time, it would hit neutral points when shifting from first to second and then slam into second gear really hard, it would always stop in second gear at a light and frequently would not want to go into first and in auto would keep trying to downshift and would slam into gear and lurch the car forward pretty hard. it also did not want to go into 6th gear at all and would take many attempts with steptroinc going from 5-6 failing and repeating till it finally went into gear. Also their was a wining noise coming from the trans tunnel under acceleration in higher gears from low rpm originally but was resolved with the solenoids and haven't had the issue again.

I bought a used transmission with 76k miles for $300 and just swapped over the valve body unit and pulled my old TCM, put a new pan (again) and fluid and filled 3 times with the car running and shifting through the gears to make sure fluid level was correct. The car has been shifting perfect until 3 days ago, i am now experiencing a "neutral" state again between 1st and 2nd gear and will eventually slam into second but will shift perfectly from gears 2-5 afterwards. along with the 1-2 it will also also fail to shift into 6th and fall back into 5th and show a trans malfunction error as it was doing before the valve body swap but is a lot more forgiving than before and will usually go into gear after one or two attempts with a shift flair.

It is no longer having issues going into first gear, but i am periodically getting the issues with 1-2 shift and 5-6 shifts, i briefly had a 3-2 error but i haven't been able to replicate it. I did not reset adaptations after the valve body swap and after about 30 minutes in a parking lot stopping and going from 1-2, 2-1 it stopped slamming into gear and would just flair the shift. The first problem since the valve body happened when i was driving on snowy roads and it started to start in second gear ( not sure if this is normal ) and threw a trans malfunction for the first time since the new valve body.

Really confused at what exactly my issue is, clutch packs would make the most since, but both times I've had this issue its perfect for a week or so then gets WORSE OVER TIME, and will drive completely fine once you cycle the car and turn it off and on again, it will drive fine and shift from 1-6 and back from 6-1 no problem but periodically it bugs out it will then start slamming into second and not want to go into 6th. ( it will work fine thorough many stops to first gear but will eventually start having issues.)

Also was considering getting xHP and trying the pressure line bump feature that allows more pressure for controlling the individual clutch packs.

my codes are
004f83 EGS: Ratio monitoring clutch C
004f8b EGS: Ratio monitoring gear shift 5-6
004f8f EGS: Ratio monitoring gear shift 1-2
004f8f EGS: Ratio monitoring gear shift 3-2( haven't had this one come back)

How is the mechatronic seal and others for the new "used" transmission? it is very low priced...

Bridge seal looked fine. no cracks or heavy warping on the inner rubber seal, and the tubular seals also looked fine, fluid was darker but no metal, pan was stamped 2010 i believe so it should be original fluid and components.

I re-used my bridge seal from the first attempt and it looked fine, also checked the 4 tubular seals and they weren't mashed in and had good poke. I pulled the trans from a junkyard and the car was running and driving, had a front end light impact. Probably going to reset the adaptations just to see what happens and check trans fluid level and if no avail just throw the 76k mile trans in, im a little nervous to do that though because a similar thread the issue seemed to follow him to the new swapped transmission.

Just weird to me that it will drive perfectly for miles but out of no where will start having issues with 1-2 and 5-6 at the same time, but will go back to driving completely normal on its own or after a ignition cycle. I've been driving and haven't been throwing any more codes or transmission malfunctions but the issue eventually comes back.

Update noticed that i don't even have to cycle the cars ignition to stop the problem if i just put it in neutral and back it drive, bam no issues and will work fine again
