I own a 2006 bmw 325xi in the ¨Monaco Blue Metallic.¨ color. PO rear-ended a parked car ;( need advice on how and where I can buy a bumper and potentially get it painted in Monaco Blue Metallic

Is it heavily damaged? If it is not complete thrashed, I would leave it to a professional to get it fixed and painted.
