A guy could do some things with this car and make it something of a sleeper too - there are plenty of ways to go with it....

Also, no issues with the original clutch that had survived 112k miles of Atlanta traffic. |

Hard to say without driving it. My guess is that the suspension feels tired but doesn’t immediately need replacement. I’d check to make sure the shocks/struts aren’t visibly blown and also inspect common items like the TRBs. I had an M sport 335d that I purchased with 165k miles. The suspension wasn’t blown but it definitely didn’t feel like fresh sport suspension. Last edited by phteven; 02-03-2025 at 11:35 AM.. Reason: Added to my comment |

https://www.bmwofsanantonio.com/used...c8f655e5ab.htm Lowest mileage E91 I've ever seen. Sadly the dealership said it already sold for $17.5k. Watch for it to show up on BAT

Please let me know if this is not allowed here. I’m just looking for a price.
2011 328i RWD AT Alpine white / saddle brown Non heated seats 98k miles Sport package A few modifications: Airlift suspension, 19” Rotiforms, Alcantara steering wheel and custom carbon leather interior trim, M3 mirrors Some pros: Factory shadow line exterior trim RWD Sport package 98k miles No rust Some cons: Leaks Front and rear bumpers need resprayed Some hail damage; small dents but several Cracked windshield Throwing around the idea of selling my E91. It needs some obvious work but I’m questioning if it’s worth putting in the time and money to potentially just get the money back from selling for more. Interior is 9/10. No rips or stains, just slight wear mostly from my elbow on center armrest. I don’t have service records as I do all the work myself. I bought this car in CA in 2018 and moved to WA in 2021. It hasn’t seen the WA salt though so no rust underneath. Clean title in hand, clean history as far as I know. Everything works as it should (windows, sunroof) but it does have an aftermarket head unit (previous owner). It’s a pretty base model car, aside from the sport package. Halogens, non heated seats, base stereo, non m sport. Located in the PNW but might consider shipping the car if it’s under the buyer’s expense. If anybody could help me with a ballpark value of this car it would be appreciated! |

Hey Guys - I am new to the forum and BMWs in general. I am trying to find a manual e91 xdrive and generally am striking out. Northeast in general but willing to travel since I know these are getting hard to find. Thanks!

I'm struggling to envision the type of buyer willing to pay close to $20k for this car in this spec - the one draw being freakishly low mileage but ok so what; what do you do with this car that justifies that outlay?

I've gotten some excellent words of advice from fellow E91 enthusiasts here, thank you. My search goes on.
I am seriously considering this: ![]() https://bimmer.work/vin/adaee999bd0b...ddfc95b19ace3/ It's a 328 converted to 335xi. currently 109k miles, conversion done at 97k, donor car nearly exactly but slightly less mileage. Auto, HK sound, sport package, comfort access, iDrive, saddle interior. It's previously been successfully registered and fully insured in VA (where I live); currently titled in PA, titling should be no problem. After a little research, the main risk that must be accepted regarding insurance is that depending on what kind of damage may occur, we may not get coverage. This was a front end collision 328xi originally, the hit was high, crumpling the hood and top of the front bumper/grille, likely also top of core support, condenser and radiator. I've seen the photo. It was not a low hit. My understanding is that if there is another front end incident, that is where they could deny coverage but if it's hit elsewhere, coverage should be as if it had a clean title. That's what they say. The wreck was 2022 I believe, maybe '23. ![]() The rebuild is immaculate. Full 335xi drivetrain swap. I'm told that all modules read like OEM and show the chassis VIN. This is one of maybe a dozen or so at this point that have been done by a member here (mad1stgen); though few in number, the cars and he have quite the reputation from what I gather. It's had the original wood trim replaced with a full set of the aluminum diamond pattern interior trim, H&R/B8 suspension, fairly new tires, AFE intake kit. All original parts are included. The only drawback for me is I really want an E91 as a manual, but it's swappable for sure. Help on price, any opinions there? It went for around $16.5k last year when the current owner purchased it. Yes, it will forever have a R-branded title but with it now already registered successfully in two states, it's a bit of a moot point. Regarding insurance, on a car of this age, any major hit is not going to go well but that risk assessment is a consideration. Also, I'll just say, the current owner is a really great guy with a great little operation. I value the transparency and knowledge from him, it's that kind of seller that is really worth something when it comes to a deal. Thanks.
