2c9c and 2c9d o2 sensor heating codes

Have heating signal codes for just both front o2 sensors…. Fuses are fine, wiring is fine, new o2 sensors and they’re installed properly. Could this be a DME issue? I’ve never heard of o2 sensor issues with the DME, but I want to ask before I pay out the ass for a replacement.
