CCC loses AM/FM signal at E93

Symptoms: sometimes at start-up CCC has turned the AM and FM icons gray and therefore cannot be selected. And the radio doesn't work either. Sometimes, on startup, the radio works and the AM/FM menus are therefore white and selectable.

The only error code is E18F - Central registry does not match the target configuration (Error_Registry_New)

CCC has been changed two years ago.

Any help?

EDIT: This was a coincidence. The key is irrelevant

The mystery continues. Key number 1 in slot -> no sound.
Change to key number 2 -> SOUND!
What the heck? Can the key make any difference?
