2007 e91 RWD for sale in Nova

Hi All,

I'm posting up my E91 for sale after 7.5 years of ownership. The wagon is Montego Blue and has approx. 140,500 miles on the clock (will keep going up slowly) and has a clean title. I purchased the car in December 2017 without any records or service history at 124,000 miles. Since purchase, I have focused on ensuring the wagon is mechanically sound and have fixed and/or updated everything as it failed.

Cosmetically, the wagon is in decent shape for being 18 years old. There are many scratches on the car, the passenger side clear coat has failed in parts (supposedly it was painted at some point), which you can see in the pictures. The front bumper was pulled off slightly on a curb a few summers ago, which popped off the windshield wiper cover and caused a little damage at the attachment point to the fender. I was able to repair and re-attach and you can only tell when close up (included in pictures). I recently had an auto detailer do a full exterior detail and clean up of the wagon.

The good:
1. Major maintenance items replaced during last couple of years; including alternator, ABS module rebuild, valve cover and oil pan gasket replacements, cooling system overhaul,
2. Sport package, cold weather package
3. Comfort access
4. Leather seats in good shape

The bad (I have tried to list every single thing that is not "perfect" on this car):
1. There is a slight oil leak, I believe, located on the valvetronic motor gasket
2. Cosmetic scratches, clearcoat issue noted above, bumper item noted above, and other normal wear and tear.
3. Front tires are from 2018, rear tires are from 2015.
4. Rear speaker cover clip broke. I still have the cover and it needs to be glued/re-attached to the ceiling speakers
5. The "Check transmission" light comes on when inserting the key/turning off the car. This has been present when I purchased in December 2017. My mechanic ran the code and stated it was for "dirty fluid". We immediately did a drain and fill on the transmission to replace the old fluid. THe code still persists but I have not had any issues with the transmission.
6. The steering wheel has the normal sun damage on these cars.
7. Only one cupholder works, one is stuck closed.
8. Passenger side window was broken in 2018/2019 and I replaced with glass from another e90. When rolling the window up and down, there is a squeak/slight rubber against glass sound. No issues otherwise.
9. Some other misc. items throughout that are typical for an 18 year old car.
10. In 2021, a pretty intense storm came through our area and a large tree limp smashed through the sunroof. Insurance covered the claim and everything was repaired, including a new headliner.
11. Occassionally, the rear passenger floor gets a little wet after a storm I cleaned out the drain a few weeks ago and this hasn't happened since.
12. Rear hatch has to be closed hard. If not, the hatch does not fully engage. It's been like this since I purchased in 2017.

This would make for a great first car for someone's kids and/or a great "beater" wagon to do it all. I've used this car for the past 8 years to haul kids to and from school, pickup project items from home depot (roof racks work great), and as a daily driver for work. Would love to get this into someone that will have fun with the wagon locally!

Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Price: $4,000 firm.

Located in Falls Church, VA.
