BMW E91 330XD X-Drive problem

Hey guys, i need your help for my BMW E91 330XD pre-face lift. It is a long story but here we go. Previous owner buys the car and on the way back home 4x4 and DSC lights pop up on the dashboard. She goes to the best diagnostics guy in the city that has ISTA Diagnosis tool he manages to clear the codes and she says she was able to drive for a bit maybe 2-3 months. Soon same thing happens lights light up again, this time she goes in another city and replaces the Transfer case. Says she drives without a problem for a year. Then the same problem occurs again. And she gave up on fixing it. When i was buying the car her husband said it is almost guaranteed to be the actuator motor. I drove the car to a diagnostics guy because i needed my egr and dpf to be turned off because it was smelling like raw fuel really hard. And he said there wasn’t enough power going to the VTG module under the passenger seat because of a faulty wire. He ran a wire from the fuse box to the module it started working and i got two new lights one for hand brake constantly on in red and one for ABS. He said check the actuator motor then come back. My mechanic checked it with a battery with wires on pin 1 and 8 and the motor spins, also my mechanic has autel diagnosis tool and it detected steering angle sensor fault. I go to the same guy previous owner went to. He says he cant clear the codes and can't do a teach in on the actuator motor. Told me to get a new motor and swap it see if this helps. And also said that my mechanic sucks and this is not the way to check the actuator motor because it gives it more than enough amps to spin. So my question is what do i do now? Is the problem a module is it the actuator or what… oops also i forgot to mention mechanic said that there was only 200ml of oil in the transfer case and there should be 900ml. But he also said it hasn’t been working because of something else and is probably good inside… HELP ME PLEASE.
