Can't update Combox

Hey all,

My cars production date is 2010/09 with CIC high and Combox OEM.

Currently following version is installed:
Multimedia: MX-002.005.025
Telephone: TX-002.006.006

I tried to update the combox using the 1006 and 1008 .bin files. Everytime I get the info that the software is up to date. I also changed cars date to 2023/01.

USB sticks where formatted with FAT32 and GPT.

CIC Headunit was replaced a few years ago and the production date is 2011/06. According to ISTA+ CIC has the OS software 6.0.7 and functions software has 8.30.14

Is there any way to update combox?
