You live in Canada, where at least SOME of the individual options are available to you.

It's a little different here in the U.S.

BMW North America makes it nearly impossible to buy these rare interior and exterior individual colors.

On rare occasions they will approve your request....while other times they will simply reject your request without any rhyme or reason.

It's basically a crap shoot. (a roll of the dice)

The European market has virtually no restrictions placed on their Individual exterior and interior options.

It all depends on where you live.

In the U.S, it's a combination of how lucky you are, and who you know.

We are generally restricted from ordering these rare individual options. The requests are more often denied than they are approved.

Only a few Individual requests are approved during each model year. (from a very large pool of Individual color/interior build applications)

I don't feel TOO bad for you guys down in the US, take notice of the Prices listed in the configurator for the M3 e93... $90K+ with decent options. I drool over what cars you guys can buy down there for $90-100K-USD...probably a decently optioned 997

and these days our dollar is 0.97USD

You're right. These colors got introduced in September only, so it may take same time to have enough pictures for such a thread.

It's weird, I tried retracing my steps from the BMW international site to the configurator for M3 and I keep getting bumped back to the 2007 Series 3 individual instead of the M3 (2008 i think it was) individual configurator. They remove it from their site? Any mirrors up?

Hey Guys,

I saw quite a few cars from the pics in this thread with tinted rear lights and black kindneys. Can anyone guide me in the right direction on where to get both? And for the rear lights i'm not looking for tinted stickers i'm looking for rear lights that are factory tinted.

Appreciate any help i can get.....thanks
