Bonjour, j'ai commandé un ensemble de 15mm et un ensemble d'entretoises 18mm chez vous les gars.

Les entretoises de 15 mm sont grandes, mais les entretoises 18 mm n'ont pas d'encoches. C'est censé être comme ça ? a n'a pas vraiment de sens pour moi puisque la plupart des photos que vous avez postées, les espaceurs ont tous des entailles. C'est en fait un peu ennuyeux parce que je les ai expédiés au Canada, et ils m'ont coûté beaucoup pour expédier ici (expédition + devoir).

J'ai vérifié votre site Web et ils devraient certainement avoir des encoches:

Les bords chanfreinés permettent une installation et un retrait rapides et faciles

Si je devais les renvoyer, avec le coût supplémentaire de l'expédition de retour, j'aurais été mieux d'obtenir des entretoises Rogue Engineering ...

Ils ont l'air bien construits, mais je ne suis certainement pas heureux.

The 15mm spacers are great, but the 18mm spacers don't have notches. Is this the way it's supposed to be? Doesn't really make sense to me since most of the pics you guys posted, the spacers all have notches. I double-checked your website and they definitely should have notches:
