On my bmwusa.com's MY BMW section, I was looking at how far my cars progressed thus far and I noticed something quite odd. As those of you ordering 2012 E92s know navigation comes with the $4350 premium package. Interestingly when I look down the bulletpoints of what in included in the prem. package there's no navigation :confused2 Another member here who also has prem. on his 2012 E92 has navigation bulletpointed. On the build you own configurator, prem. pack itself does not list navigation. But when you click the $1350 option, it shows as $0 on your pricelist. Could it be that BMW forgot to add it for me?

Nav is absolutely included with 2012 Premium package.

My car is being built right now, here's the screen shot from the car tracking page:

Whoops I guess the attached pic didn't get quoted, but heres the thrend with his picture showing that he has navigation. I on the other hand again, do not have it shown
Their website is not always correct especially when you have a lot of options. Ask your CA to get you an order sheet.
if they did fudge your order,

I hope you kept the copy of the order sheet, and if it arrives, i'd refuse it and say that they didn't deliver what was ordered...
I do have a copy of the order sheet which shows that I have navigation which answers both replies. And also shows that the mistake, if any, would be on the factorys part not the dealer. From my understanding they cannot add navigation/idrive after car is completed, which it is. So I'm really hoping the factory got it right.
Why did you wait until the car was done production to point this out?

We had one guy over here in Calgary that received what was meant to be an Alpine White Fox Red but when delivered was an Alpine White Black, he refused the car and they had to deliver another one with the correct specs.

Hopefully they get it right the first time around for you, if not refuse it and get them to give you another one with a bit of a discount considering you'll be without an ///M for another 6-8 weeks again.

Good luck :)
My '12 also has the premium package and NAV is no longer listed on the website (it was listed while the car was in production then just disappeared one day). I've verified with my CA that my car was built with NAV and I should get my car this week if they are finally released from the VPC...
Your order is fine.
It's not usually accurate online
OP: I had a very similar experience. The website said I had ordered a Moonroof when I hadn't. When my SA wasn't available, I called BMW Customer Service (800-831-1117) and spoke to a "Live" Human Being and explained my concern. They asked for my Production Number and pulled up the Build Sheet. They confirmed all of my options and said the website is often incorrect. I took Euro Delivery and the Car was exactly how I had ordered it.

I am sure everything is ok but if you want you can call BMW Customer Service.

Good Luck!

This is a known glitch in the system.

2012 E92 M3 Premium Package = 2011 E92 M3 Premium + 2011 E92 M3 Convenience Package = iDrive

This is is my 2012 E92 M3 VIN breakdown with Premium Package: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showpost.php?p=10570648&postcount=418
Yeah, as others said, I wouldn't worry about it. There are a bunch of us in the same boat. Website is likely borked.
Im sure its just buggy. Good luck, hope it all works out fine.
