Are you looking to get a tune, or did you already purchase the ESS Tune?
I personally use Engineered Automotive usually, they are on the expensive side, but the work is always done properly.

I have the tune was going to do it myself and then planned on running it on a Dyno to see what else they could get out of the Motor.
I'm going to Bimmersport Automotive tomorrow in Mississauga. It'll be my first time going there. They've been really accommodating thus far. I'll post my experience with them once i'm back. They are an ESS shop but I don't know if they have a dyno.
I don't think Bimmeraport has a dyno, but they have great long distance customer service, to say the least!
My neighbour just had his car rebuilt (JDM) @ Rukus Motorsports, Toronto. He has a dyno; he can do pulls for you; but he doesnt do any specific tuning (i.e. carry hardware/software for E9x M3); for 2 pulls he will charge about $60 bucks. I was planning on getting my car dyno (for shitngiggles) and just see what kinda hp I in stock form.
I've worked with Bimmersport before and they're great!
John's a good guy.

EA has a dyno.
shizzle wroteJust a follow up to my previous note. Bimmersport did my part out today and they were absolutely fantastic. They got my brakes, exhaust, lips and studs all taken car of in no time, and went above and beyond by wrapping up all of my parts carefully before putting them in the car. I highly recommend them (but they don't have a dyno).I'm going to Bimmersport Automotive tomorrow in Mississauga. It'll be my first time going there. They've been really accommodating thus far. Dellort_M3 wroteI ended up having some work that day, so the part out was moved to Bimmersport Automotive in Mississauga (much closer to where I live). Speedstar is a good shop, I would have gone there if I didn't have some work pop up. The part out was completed. Not to thread jack, but what happened to Speedstar parting out your car?
one of the gurus from bimmersport went on his own and opened up a ashop: Located at 27 and steeles. I have used him about 3 times and i can tell you he has the know how, and talent complimanted by a cheaper price. Vroom is the company name.
^ can you disclose more contact info. exact address, phone #, etc.
I'm also looking into getting some upgrades and was looking for a shop that wasn't bmw. Anyone hear of/go to RMP motors in etobicoke? Also the reviews on google for bimmersport auto are really bad, are they baseless (claiming decrease in quality and high prices)? I heard they were supposed to be good, and they're very close for me so I'd really appreciate some advice.

I would definately suggest Rocco @ RMP.
He is a straight shooter, no frills just good work.

Before I go to BMW, any reputable shops able to do the software update on our cars?

Heard good things about both Bimmersport and RMP.
Had my V3s installed at RMP and Rocco is the man, for sure.
No BS, just great, honest work (and he knows his shit).

Not even one call. Sad but true.
