Besides oilchanges what other upkeep on our cars are required?

Im doing oil changes every 5k miles. Is there anything else I should be doing? Im currently at 23k mileage.

I'm at 70k and no issues following those guidelines (7.5k oil changes, 30k plugs/trans+diff fluid)
