Fault Code 277B "Tank Cover Message"?

Hello,

My car threw the code 277B this morning. I reset them and it came back. What exactly is this code?

I also have 272C and 272D which are related to O2 sensor and cats.

I thought that initially, but I checked and the cap was tightened past the click like it should be

Sorry, I don't have anything on 277B. Are you sure it's not 2776? We've seen things like that before with some readers the 6's look like B's and visa versa. I've got something on 2776, but not 277B.

Anyways, here's 277C. I'll try to get to 277D tomorrow.

Could it be an exhaust leak? That's what 277C says to check for. I recently just switched to gt4 version of akra. How do I check for a leak/what is a leak?

Sounds like it could be leaking at the header connections. I would check those to make sure they are tight and the gaskets are in good condition.

When I put my hand at the tips of the muffler, I feel pretty good pressure pushing out. But on some downshifts, I hear a bit of a weird sound that isnt as crisp as it should be. Sounds like it is "farting" a little bit

That sounds like a leak to me. If the leak is ahead of the O2 sensors, which it would be if the header connection is leaking, that can cause an issue. But keep in mind, what you could be hearing is a leak elsewhere in the system that would not affect the O2 sensors.

Just got the whole system looked at and there's no leak anywhere. Anyone else have thoughts on what it could be?

Ive got the same code, 277B... I was suspecting an exhaust leak as well. any update on the code?
