Code Help Please - P2629 and P0106

Question -

I had been getting a group of codes earlier this year -

1. P2629 - O2 sensor pumping current trim circuit/open bank 2 sensor 1
2. P0491 - secondary air injection system insufficient flow bank 1
3. P0118 - coolant thermostat (coolant temp below thermostat regulating temp)
4. P0128 - coolant thermostat below thermostat regulating temp
5. P2298 - O2 sensor out of range during decal bank 2 sensor 1


With that said I replaced both front O2's and the thermostat and temp sensor on the thermostat neck. Cleared codes and things have been fine. I put maybe 1000 miles on without codes.


Last week start the car and immediately I throw -

1. P0106 - map sensor

Clear code. Drive for several days.

This code comes up again -

2. P2629 - O2 sensor pumping current trim circuit/open bank 2 sensor 1

When I clear this code, almost immediately the code triggers again within 5 miles or less.


Is it possible the Map sensor and O2 sensor code are related?

What is the best way to diagnose? Inspect the O2 wiring I assume. I could also pull up INPA or another program and read O2 counts and range? Same with the MAP?

I guess the sensor could possibly be bad?

Thoughts on fixing?

Thanks. I had read the code descriptions previously.

I quickly inspected and didn't find any glaring leaks in the intake side of the motor, but I have yet to dig deep.

I guess what I'm wondering is could these codes be tied together sine they both contribute to AFR? Could a bad MAP sensor cause the O2 code? Or vice versa? Wiring for the O2's were tied up out of the way, so I doubt it's a connection or a burnt wire issue. Unless it's a fault itself with the O2 that I just replaced?
