There HAS to be something up with it or the owner is just really desperate. If something is too good to be true....
looks legit tho, look in the background, i believe thats a S4 behind it
Perhaps an accidental unit or something then but who knows could be true. Unless the guy listed it in USD. lol
Still searching for a silver, gray M3 comp pkg DCT.... :(
Most likely salvage title. There was a Vancouver one for sale a few weeks ago. Frozen black.
let me see if i can get a hold of him
The one in BC was 60K.
Salvage title and $60k? Mine is perfectly mint with clean title, no accidents and rare colour to the boot and I have it listed for just under $60K.
just got a email back,

car does have a title (rebuilt) Canadian car
Like I said, if something is too good to be true, it probably is....words to live by really.
i dont understand why ppl dont disclose that in their Ads.
Because they are scumbags
^ Yup

Please stay away from this car. It is funny you mention this car because I saw it on the weekend when I was at the dealership. Just by chance, this car was featured on this very site by a Bimmerpost member. Unfortunately, someone's pride and joy for many years is now a shadow of its former self. It's a shame that our members go to such great lengths to invest in upgrades to personalize their cars, only to strip them down and replace those aftermarket items with other parts that may not have been the original spec.

Do your homework. Check the VIN.

I myself would never purchase a car from Bavaria. Unfortunately, my wife (///INDVDLM) was instantly denied a chance at purchasing a F80 individual. They flat out refused. Said it couldn't be done. The so called M car manager at the time, Richard Neeves, told her that no one could order an Individual colour. Especially the car she wanted. Fortunately for us, this gave us the opportunity to deal with Andy Middleton of Calgary BMW. The best experience ever and he helped make her dream come true.

Unfortunately. This is the society we live in. My Kijiji experience has been less than stellar and most individuals who contact me are mostly tools. I find humour in responding exactly how I am contacted. Usually in 3 words or less. It's a shame but these are the types of individuals who are trying to take our hard earned money. That's why I always make an effort to deal only with people who a) form a response that contains more than one sentence and b) are willing to talk on the phone.

I have low expectations when using Kijiji and am never disappointed because of this.

Buyer beware holds true in so many cases.

Thanks man!

Looking for a coupe

Keep me posted if you find one.
Oh? You mean like this?!

That one had a $5k rear end claim. Also, it sold over a month ago. Keep in mind BMW.CA's pre-owned inventory updates very slowly. It's best to go to the dealer's own website and check their listings for the most accurate inventory.

Well, I didn't do any research on the cars. Just saw them there and thought I would help a brother out... But you are right though... You have to do your homework with those cars... When I was shopping for mine, I went to see a nice one at BMW West-Island... Turns out it had 28,000$ of repairs done to it! :confused0068:

Suffice to say I passed immediately.

I just spent the last 15 minutes reading your story on the F80 forum you included as a link. Wow. What an incredible and beautiful story... You guys are very lucky. Congrats. I'll keep an eye out for the F80 Ferrari Red the times when I'm in Edmonton...
