looks like it is in beta phase
Not much information there... What's the story?

Doesn't even sound like an S65 to me.

"Kit"? Not likely. Custom one-off system? Likely. :)
hmmmmm
The stock rods can't take much more than the 400 lbs rwtq you might see from a well modded stage 2 centrigugal. The stock compression won't allow much more cylinder pressure on pump gas than you see with a stage 2 centrifugal. Twin turbos should make more boost and thus more cylinder pressure sooner, and the S65 won't tolerate it sooner. Even if you run E85 to push the detonation away, you are still limited by the stock rods.

If the kit can be made cheaper or simpler or easier to install than a centrifugal but make around the same power to keep a stock motor together on pump gas, there should be a market.

I suspect the twin turbo will be a built motor only system. Even if you have E85 available and want to change just the rods, you have to take the motor apart to change the rods. At that level of labor, I'd change the pistons as well to ones more durable under boost. Then you have at least a built shortblock. Not Cheap, plus you have the price of the kit.

I like twin turbo V8s. Audi has one, Mercedes, Porsche, BMW. But they may not be so easy to make in the aftermarket.

Those are usually designed from the get-go to be turbo, whereas the S65 was not.

I think its cool to see people pushing the engine.
Sounds like a c63 now?

Better than a raspy tin can sound

Still yes there is only so much you can push the stock internals. Look at what's his face who had gintani TT his, blew. TT come on non linear and much earlier, that's more stress on the rods, etc. Go to a different platform. 600hp is enough imo for this car
so wheres the turbo?
Is it me or does idle sound cam'd :bellyroll
Sounded like less muffled turbo exhaust to me.
Sounds like an LS engine.
An all aluminum LSx swap would be interesting.
Its a s65 with striaght pipe twin precisions.

Do these people have Facebook/insta where do we find more info
Would look into the N54 forums, some less than stellar reviews on JP Fabrication/JP Workz customer service and products
Yeah I have there n54 kit on my 335 daily and in talks for my e90 m3 to tt. From what they told me after tuning is fully complete on stock ecu first 5 buyers will be offered free installs with kit being under 10K
Calling BS. There is barely any room to fit a single turbo, much less the setup and plumbing for 2. Also, there is no turbo spool in any part of that video.

Lets say you figure out some way to fit it all, there is no benefit to turbocharging the vehicle when the engine can really only handle 8-10PSI of boost at max. Even running conservative amounts of boost (12-16psi) would destroy an S65. You would have to lower the compression ratio so low to compensate for the added boost at higher RPMs, that im not sure the engine would idle, much less build enough power to get the turbos to spool.

Also, part of me wants to be wrong so bad. Always wanted to see a 1000whp M3 to shut GTR owners up.
You will never be able to shut GTR owners up on this platform, there is always a faster GTR

How would this be BS? Have you seen Gintani kit? There kit is twin with water to air coolers you can make room if you take the time and figure it out. Also the guy who blew his engine was on what 12 psi with TQ that hit harder than superchargers.

Yea but I doubt the engine would even last a year on 8psi with the TQ turbos made....it's to much on stock rods long term
