Look like you have fixed it. Clearly if the oil cooler was always cold, your oil and, by extension, your coolant, was always hotter than it should be. Your current numbers look perfectly normal now. Good job on the fix!

So should the engine oil cooler always feel warm/hot to touch when the car is fully warmed up? Many thanks.
