TL:dr - I had a bad map update and I used Tool32 to remove the bad maps. Now, it will not load maps. Looking for some coding help with the CIC unit on my car to get it to be able to load maps again. I am thinking it may be an FSC issue.
Happy to compensate someone who knows how to help for their time.
My CIC is running version C10.
