*** E90post.com Photo Contest #2 ***

CONTEST #2
THEME: "Motion"


RULES
-Any interpretation of the theme that falls within E90post.com rules is welcome.
-You must be the person that took the photo. Previous photos are acceptable as long as you are the one that captured the image.
-One submission per contest.
-Images must be no larger than 800px in any direction. Links to larger images are allowed but you must have one that is under 800px for the poll.
-All contestants must host their own pictures.
-All pictures must have a title.
-While post processing in Photoshop is allowed, adding or removing parts of the picture is not. In the event a photo is suspected to be "photochopped," the contestant will be asked to provide the original picture.


Important dates and poll info:
Entries must be submitted to this thread no later than Tuesday October 21st.

The poll will start the following day, Wednesday October 22nd at 5pm PST.




As you all know, "motion" can be interpreted in many ways. As long as it seems pretty practical to be considered "motion" then all will be well!

I will not be participating in this contest as I feel I should give contestants a chance Jk, jk... I just don't think it's fair for me to choose a topic and then submit on it.

i like this theme.

nice twitchy... good choice in topics (i shot mine last night a 2am cuz I was bored and obviously knew what the topic of choice was).

this one should get quite a few entries and I'm guessing 90% of them will be car related



1 quick thing... make the text for the theme above a little bigger cuz its easy to pass over it at 1st glace

I don't think I've ever shot a moving object.

LaYzEe and Kamek.... try getting some tips from here... it helped me out a lot too.

Since we have a 800X800 limit and Flickr doesn't give that option visit my flickr account to see the bigger version.

if you go take the large one and resize it to be 800x800 or less... you can then re-upload it to flickr and the large version will be that size.

nice shot nikki, i kinda have a similar picture like that so i'll post that up soon

Thanks! I have a lot of action car shots but I know this is a car forum so I figured I'd spare everyone from those. Is it ok to post here or only post the photo I am submitting?

only 1 submission per contest... usually the way it works is if you post 1 and aren't happy or thing you have something better you can post it asking for it to be taken as you submission instead of the 1st.... its all good as long as its done before the deadline.


you can always start your own thread of your photography if you want to show it off

yeah better not to clutter the thread..i don't want to change my submission, just show a couple other pics. I used to have a website hosted by bimmerpost but it appears to have gone down several months ago.

Everyone who submitted a picture, don't forget to give the photo a title!
