How soon after springs are installed do I align it? How many ft/lb's of torque do I tighten everything too spec sheet?
Generally, weeks after springs or coilovers install then an alignment is needed. If you're talking about your wheel lug bolts, your local tire shop will know it, a simple search online with do also.
