Really love the new metal band on the Bond watch. Has the adjustability of a leather band but is a nice metal band. Never need to go to a watch maker to get the metal band adjusted. :D

Any pics of it on wrist? I think the Seamaster is my next Omega.

This was me leaving the Nashville OB after waiting nine weeks for a replacement clasp for my Moon watch and another five for the end-link and they ordered three links. They initially quoted me $150 for the new clasp but charged me $200. My reply to them, "at least you're consistent" and I walked out. Today, I'm heading to an AD to see if they can make up for the incompetence of the OB.

Old school. This is my grandfathers wind up that I had refurbished by Omega a few years back. Production date is somewhere between 1938-1942 according to Omega.

That first one is beautiful! Might be my next one.

Alas, far too many projects that currently occupy my bank account.

Thank you!

And I know that feeling all too well right about now as well  (all good things, though!)
Noticed yesterday that the list US prices on all Omega watches has gone up. I wonder if that is the tariff impact?
I have a used Planet Ocean coming from a dealer in Osaka, Japan. I asked about duty/tariff/taxes before buying and was told sales tax plus 10% upon import. I should receive it in a few days and have had great experiences buying this way. One of their images below and will take my own when I receive it.

First it was Canon, Mamiya and Profoto camera gear then BMW. I'm TC and I am an Omega fanboy. I will try my best not to buy another one anytime soon.

I have never seen the point of the speedmaster. The tachtmetre seems like it something most people will never use. I do love seamasters though. I have two of them so far.
I have many things that are considered pointless by others and even with features I have yet to exercise. In the realm of the thread, my Omegas are my old reliable. Thank you all for sharing:)
I suppose a validation shot is in order...

My father’s birthday was July, 21, we watched every Apollo Mission and I think about him when I see or wear the watch.

But have you ever used the tachymetre? It is a nice historical watch though.
No, I haven’t nor have I gone to sea or driving with the Seamasters.

I have gone swimming with my seamasters. :D

You do need to wash them afterwards to get the sea salt out.

In the pool at a resort lol (GoPro doens't focus well with close up photos, though!).

Took my GMT Master II, Milgauss, and Worldtimer all in the pool, hot tub, and pacific ocean - just thoroughly washed each of them shortly after jumping out of the water!
