Yeah, I saw they had him playing safety or wearing a red jersey in practice because they will owe him $23 million if he gets hurt. Probably best for all concerned that hes released.

A lot of close games and surprises today, like the Chiefs needing a last-second field goal to beat the lowly Panthers and the old Houson Oilers beating the new Oilers.....

Definitely some close games yesterday! Cowboys finally win one in a wild ending. Eagles and Saquan looking like a real threat. Lions continue to dominate, and Packers and Vikings take care of business!

That was a crazy ending. Never would have believed the Bears score that many points in such a short time. Yet somehow they can figure out a way to lose. With the right coach and GM they will be dangerous......someday.
Wash and Houston seem to be falling apart. And looks like nobody wants to win the NFC West.

Agreed. The Bears with Caleb Williams and better leadership will be a force. I still think the Rams are going to start pulling away in the nfc west even after running into the Philly buzz saw last night. Maybe I'm hanging onto this notion that McVay and Stafford just won the big game 2 seasons ago, and they still got it, but feels like they can get good. The Cardinals and Seahawks are not inspiring and the 49'ers are a hot mess.

Well back at the ranch I now believe the Giants need to fire Schoen and Dabs. We have not had a good GM since Ernie Accorsi. I had high hopes for Schoen but he’s made some awful moves like not wrapping up Saquon when he wanted to be a Giant for life and paying Danny dimes 40 mil per when no one else would have given him 25. Evan Neil looks like a bust and their center is suspect. Dabs needs to go back to being a coordinator before he gets another head coaching position.

Da Bears finally had enough of their stupidity after the Thanksgiving time-management debacle yesterday at the end of the Lions game, and for the first time in franchise history fired a head coach during the season.....

I thought that there would be some upsets watching the Lions-Bears and Raiders-Chiefs games. What the Bears did was brutal and just can't happen. I still don't get what happened in the Chiefs game. It was a boneheaded play by the Raiders to snap the ball too early but it looked like the play was whistled dead so not sure why it was a turnover. Just weird stuff.

Because the refs are being paid off to help the Chiefs win at all cost?

Seriously though, the Raiders had a rookie guard filling in at center and were starting a second-string QB in his first game back after a month on IR. Add what is arguably the loudest crowd noise in the NFL disrupting all communications between players, and I can see how this mistake happened.

The broadcast commentators also pointed out that the right guard (a second stringer) tapped the center on the side when he saw the QB clapping. That is apparently the signal used in shotgun snaps with crowd noise, where the right guard is watching the QB and taps the center when the QB is ready for the snap.

Rather than focusing on this one play, the Raiders should focus on their two missed field goal attempts and a turnover on downs while close to field goal range. If one of those three went through the uprights, the Raiders would have won...and more importantly to yours truly the Bills would take their spot as the #1 seed in the AFC for at least a few days until tomorrow's snow globe bowl against the 49ers.....

Can the League be more obvious with wanting the Chiefs to Win?
I actually like Mahomes and have since college but the Refs are blatantly siding with them.

The Bills finally have a running game that isn't named Josh Allen, which has been missing in the last few seasons and is necessary to win at home when the lake effect snow starts flying.....

Once again, Bengals defense sucks...however, the offense is unreal!

I'm a little torn on the legality of it. In real-time, there's no way the Defender could stop. How, he could have pulled up. His angle was definitely coming in with his entire body and head lowered towards Trevor's head.
