A better example of the transparent button backgrounds making them difficult to spot:

Thank you, yes ive been actively working on the BMWi section in dark mode the last 2-3 days. Great timing you are noticing things with it at the same time :) Hopefully those buttons see some improvement over the next week or less let's say. I still have to make some deeper modifications to its structure and then some of this stuff will fall into better place

Still showing the error but the graphic shows G50 as you said

while being in that page that shows the invalid request message, if I click on my username, and log out, it reloads the page and the forum post is displayed correctly.
If then I click on login on the top right and log in, I’m directed back to the ‘invalid request’ message.
This is reproducible behavior for my login as well.

I think he means that the bell no longer turns red just the number.

The feedback from the post-reporting link in the BMWi forum persona is confusing. Is it actually sending the report to the moderator team, or is it just popping up a message window parroting my report text for debug purposes????? :confused2

apptest's user avatarapptest, will the "replies" icon be functional at some point, like in the old format? Listing the users who posted in a particular thread, including their posts in chronological order which you can click on and view.

Got it apptest's user avatarapptest! "Active People" Thanks!

Just wanted to say that I'm really liking the new "inbox zero" popup when checking appreciates! I've noticed several iterations of icons/notification count bubbles in the appreciates icon on the top left of every thread page, and think that this new inbox zero with a red count bubble is my current favorite.

I assume that you know that the icon sometimes does not reflect new unread appreciate notifications (why I check and saw the new inbox zero feature), and are in the process of debugging it. The old forum software also had the same annoying glitch at times.....

Excellent news. Yes it's a constant refinement, I also like this one the best so far :) . As for the notifications that dont actually get into the menu, I think it has to do with notifications coming from a legacy site or someone from the defunct android app. Have you noticed if the appreciates that dont make it into that bar are coming from an older site (or sit within the off topic forums which are accessed by all forms of the sites)

Most are in OT and the other universal forums, which may explain things. I'll keep an eye on the post location from now on, and let you know if I spot a trend.....

No worries I’m about 80% sure it’s true. The only way to test that final hypothesis is when all sites get transitioned. Moving ahead like a freight train but I think it’s still some months away from that final endpoint
