2011, 6-speed manual, cloth interior, single hump dash… and just ~19K miles.
The M3 had been sitting for quite some time, but the moment it rolled in, it felt like stepping back in time. It’s not often you get the chance to work on something that still feels this “new” - especially with a platform like this that’s already starting to become a modern classic. This is probably single-handedly the biggest transformation on the car. The E92 chassis is already great, but the NTR R3 just takes it to another level. More control, more confidence, and still very usable on the street when set up correctly. It doesn’t feel “race car harsh” - just tight and composed.

End Result
This platform is a good reminder of why the E92 M3 still holds up so well. High-revving NA V8, single-hump dash, manual transmission & cloth interior - it’s a combination that’s not coming back. Starting with a car this clean and bringing it up to this level just makes you appreciate it even more.
