I got a fault code P1628 via a generic code reader. Anybody knows what that means?

Can anybody tell me how to get the specific code definitions? My scanner is reading P1628 but when I go look it up on their website it's defining something else. Per my research a few of the members here are saying that code is 2B21. How did they came up with that code?
