This is the link to Mark's M ... delivery in München (his car was MCB - you might like his interior choice), if you scroll down to the mid section you see his interior ... I almost purchased his car (then my wife insisted I find a new one) and I did.

Here is the link to the ED and his pictures ===>CLICK He sold that car in October (change in life style and a winter home down south I think was the reason for the sale of this fine car).
IMO, either of those choices would be hideous with a bright blue like MCB. I'd stick with black or grey.
Bamboo FTW! Bamboo + MCB is sex!
I have seen Mark's M in person, I think Monte Carlo is fine with rust brown. I have also seen platinum in person, although not with MCB. (It was on an Individual Imola Red E92 M3). This is all personal of course, but I think platinum is gorgeous, and I think it would look great with MCB. Upkeep will be a consideration however, it is very light.

Rolf, I think you made a typo. Mark's M was Monte Carlo Blue, not Le Man's Blue.
Bigjae...grey...where is that offered?
Julie,

My wife had a 2010 Range Rover SC with White interior and the upkeep wasnt bad...well SHE would wear jeans and they would fade, but I cleaned it up. The MAIN reason I would shy away from it is bc EVERYTHING smears on...hands, shoes scuffs...hell everything!

You are quite right it was a typo, his colour was MCB not LMB ... my bad. Thanks for the heads up on the typo.
Definitely Rust Brown if you're willing to spend extra on the interior. Classy colour!
I am trying to figure this individual ordering out. If I could get Alpine White with Amarone/piano Blk interior...I WOULD on my E93 M3. I have yet to speak to Ryan about this, but I am ...unless any of you know if it is even posisble to order the leather and trim w/o going $5k IND. BC I am thinking if IND leather costs $4k, I might as well get the $5k pkg which includes paint AND interior (decent colors). Any thoughts/
I believe just the paint is $4,500. Then interior and trim is additional. Gray should be a standard interior color. To be honest. I haven't seen too many individual interiors that excite me. After looking at the Individual catalog in the Welt...I feel the same way.

If you want to save some $$$ on the trim, just paint your gloss black which is pretty much piano black as far as I could tell.

I could be wrong, but anything tan-ish or red-ish has never looked particularly great with blue. Which I confirmed for my personal tastes after seeing a LSB E46 M3 with a cinnamon interior. But to each their own.
Rust Brown if you don't mind spending the extra cash. Make it a all individual car.

Again, personal taste, but I feel there is a difference with high gloss black (a standard trim on the regular 3-series). Piano black is real wood, it looks more substantial and of higher quality IMO. But then again, I am a stickler for details.

OP, another possibility is to have a standard trim (e.g. aluminium) painted piano black. I know Technic did that for a fraction of the price of the piano trim for his Individual Rust Brown interior.
I think it looks good on his car, but I think the result will depend on how good the painters are. I don't know any superb painters around here and just wanted my car to come from the factory that way, so ordered piano for my car.

Amarone interior should be available. It is available as an option in Canada, so that means that particular leather has been tested, etc. for the E9X series M3. The Canadian members BMRLVR has it. Looks great. Link to thread: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showpost.php?p=9501315&postcount=5. And here is another M3 with Amarone: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showpost.php?p=10784388&postcount=181

For the $5000 package,

Are the exterior colors limited to the usual 3 'standard' Individual colors?

- Azurite Black
- Ruby Black
- Moonstone?

If so, I don't think you can get MCB with an Individual interior for the same $5000. I have not heard of it done before, i.e. substituting a package choice and getting the same deal. But never hurts to ask your CA!

You are right. There is no inclusive option or combos.

I am a bit biased so I would say Rustbrown as I have it with MCB right now. If you can take giid care then platinum is a great choice. Let me know if you would like to see some pics.
I would Sir

There is no $5000 package

The regular M3 individual paint colors (Moonstone, Azurite Black, Ruby Black, Aventurine Silver) cost $3900 and include individual interior trim, individual audio, and high gloss shadow line.

My Individual Amarone cost $5675 by itself and individual interior is never included with paint. Interior is always an extra charge!

So if you look at my M3 I have $9575
In individual options alone. MCB will be more than my Moonstone was but I think Rust Brown, Champagne, and Platinum is about $1675 cheaper than Amarone (since it was a special request), at $4000.

So all in all I think for inside of $10000 you can get the color combo you are seeking!
1000% Rust Brown
