thanks for sharing! some of the picture i wasn't able to see, i don't know if that just me.
I cannot see 90% of the pics, I gather you have exceeded your allowance?
DDS2015 wroteFor more expensive/nicer cars, you just have to show proof you've had your license for at least 2-3 years. With the Welt for the M3, it was 5. I recommend booking it ahead of time online since you save 10%This is an incredible photo journal. Thank you very much for posting this up. I'll be referencing when I head to europe next summer (hopefully). What are the requirements to rent cars through this Sixt company?
P1et wroteYes unfortunately, ran out of bandwidth. Just upgraded for the month, hopefully the pictures get updated in a bit. Worth coming back in a few hours to check out the threadI cannot see 90% of the pics, I gather you have exceeded your allowance?

I'm actually back in Munich again for another extended trip, but don't plan on doing as much as last time

Have an M3 booked for a weekend, and will also try a 640d another weekend. The only car related event is to drive to the Ferrari Museum in Modena.
:clap:Thanks for this very informative and interesting post. I have a 3 week trip planned to Germany, Austria and Italy this spring. Will be traveling with my wife and another couple so a mid size wagon is needed for all of our luggage. I hope to visit the Audi museum and factory in Ingolstadt and maybe the MB museum. Thanks again for posting. Your pictures are outstanding!

The MB museum in my opinion is a must. You could spend hours in there and not see everything.
If you have any questions, feel free to PM me. Enjoy your trip!
wow! looks like an amazing experience!

Hope you had a great trip ... do tell us how you liked that Diesel on the Autobahn
Hope you had time to do some sightseeing combining pleasure with business is always great if one can do it.
I used to have a custom wide body 914 brings back some memories. Thanks for sharing awesome pics.
Awesome series with so many great pics I don't even know where to begin.
Awesome photo's and tour. I fallowed most of the area you where in with my M3 when I was stationed in England and was in Germany for 6 weeks then after road tripped it to Rome, Italy and back. But I sure didn't get a chance or time to see all you saw. I sure wish I could go back and I'd do that all over again. Great memories!
Fantastic thread, I just spent the last half hour (at least!) going through it! Thanks for sharing!
kaiv wroteKaiv, keep up the good work you do with the E46 M3's. I follow your threads all the time. Thanks for the kind words!Fantastic thread, I just spent the last half hour (at least!) going through it! Thanks for sharing!
Ah, the memories. I've been to about 90% of these places, maybe 95%. I want to go back so bad after seeing these pictures. Maybe next year
I'll probably be ready for a new car by then if I carry out the trend of the last three or four years.

immiketoo wroteOh I'm sure all the ED threads have the same pictures. There's really nothing like it! Especially, the Nurburgring weekend. I would absolutely love to go back there when the weather is nicer.Ah, the memories. I've been to about 90% of these places, maybe 95%. I want to go back so bad after seeing these pictures. I'm actually back in Munich now. Apart from a couple of M3 rentals, this trip is so tame compared to the October one
