No it has nothing to do with the dye...just leather in general.
classic6 I know this post is hella old but if it reaches you, I am dying to try to find the OEM bamboo Beige leather to replicate what you have done if you can help me. I reached out to Relicate but they don't have that match. I just purchased an e90 with bamboo interior and would love to get some Recaro's if I can match them.
