I would prefer the 2008 E90 Shop Manual specifically, but if unavailable any any model year/body style will probably be sufficient.

I would love to find the 2009 E90 shop manual.
There is no M version available. Only shop manual you can get is the Bentley one for the regular 3 series.
I think shop manuals for our e9x are only available much later.
For example for our 1987 535is e28 I was able to purchase a hard copy manual in the late 90s

I recently purchased a workshop manual from eBay. It's all electronic as I couldn't find a decent hard copy for the right price.
