I turned in the 11 yesterday. It was a very sad day and I am sorry to see her go.

Congrats! I ordered my E92 M3 Mineral White 3 weeks ago and still waiting for it to go into production.

And I thought I picked up a few things AFTER coming back from ED, while awaiting the car. You don't waste anytime.

Looks like one of the BMW print ads where they layout all the parts to an engine.

I kid, I kid. Congrats! I ordered mods, too, while waiting for my car. Fun way to pass the time in between the obsessive phone calls to BMW USA checking on the status of your car

No, that's the protective coating applied prior to shipping. It's removed at the VDC. Dealerships typically apply a silicone-based glaze to hide imperfections in the paint; in many cases, the dealer causes the imperfections by sloppy prep techniques. Other times, the imperfections are a "factory standard option" (ever seen a brand new Ferrari? Yikes!).

Lol that's actually a sub in the back. I had to give the furniture to my dad to make room for the mods

We both came from a black e93 335i and now go for 13' mineral white M3. I ordered mine back in the beginning of July and picked it up in the first week of October. It was such a loooong wait. I hope u will get yours earlier !

I cannot - and I repeat - cannot get over how much I love this car. It's been 2 months and I love it even more than the first day...

Was gone for a bit but am now back. Congrats to all my new 2013 Classmates!!!

An update of my 2013...now with 1,500 miles

Just picked up a gts-v lip for my car....my 3rd lip since ive ordered the car. I seriously need to make up my mind lol

Congrats to all.... The feelings on this thread totally reminds me of all the things I've done when I 1st ordered my 335 then my M3 later on.....

I am hoping to do the same with the new f82..... Order the 440 first then get the f82.

After what seemed like waiting an eternity, I finally picked up my 2013 M3. This car is absolutely insane. Huge difference from my E46 M3. Can't wait to see what this can do after the 1200 mile break-in period though.

Finally picked up my M3 on Wednesday! Got to the dealership right when one of the guys in the service department was going to fill it up so I made sure to see how he was going to leave the lot. When he got back I was able to snap some pics of the car with the white protection plastic still on it. Initially I was going to take care of the paperwork and just get the heck out of there but they actually wash cars by hand so I was ok having them detail it. Took about an hour and a half to prep the car. I even got to take the trunk section of the plastic off. After I got home I felt like a kid on Christmas morning and couldn't really sleep so there was only one thing I could think of doing. Driving of course! I ended up putting 100 miles on it and really got a chance to mess around with the iDrive, MDM, EDC, and power buttons. Really love the car and am looking forward to getting to 1200 miles so I can really see what the car is capable of.

Finally picked up the car on Friday. The 8 week wait after euro delivery was painful, but I've very happy to have the car back and introduce her to the rest of the family. Hanging out with two of her elders:D 1000 ///M horsepower! The E36 missed the party. Some of the goodies have made their way onto the car, including the Texas Roundel, still more to come next weekend. Granted my pile of goodies wasn't nearly as big as duyh's
