En route to U.S. - Vessel name is 'BESS'

Ahhh, the wait is killing me but today bmwusa.com changed its status. Doing some research from this fabulous thread: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=805876

My vehicle is on the vessal name 'BESS' and should be at the NY/NJ port on 3/13/13

Anyone else on this vessel ?

My M3 is on the same ship. ETA in Halifax March 11. I am checking the ship position every hour...

Yup. I'm on the Bess and a bunch of other members as well. Congrats brother! "Team Bess" in the house!

We are off the coast of Ireland today.

I just checked on marinetraffic.com and no longer see BESS ? where did she go?

Did you order a frozen grey? I hope somehow its gets mixed up and somehow they deliver me your frozen grey you can keep the alpine white that I ordered haha

FYI guys. There seems to be a problem with BESS. The ship is currently drifting off the coast of Ireland due to some sort of complication. I don't knowing else, if the cargo has to be placed on another ship or if the problem is being cured. Looks like at least 1 week delay. Ill try to find out more.

Where did you get this information? I figured it was waiting out this storm... bummer.

Wow... you weren't kidding... this sucks.

It could be that they anticipated a Nor'easter to hit our coastline and are waiting for the seas to calm. In that case it shouldn't be a long delay. I am only speculating and haven't been able to find any further info.
