For those of us on the Torino, we have just entered the Panama Canal!

Anyone have "GPS eyes" on the Torino? It has been out of range for 5 days on the site but is showing 5/4 as docking date for US.

Torino just came back in range this morning, off the coast of Baja California. At her current clip of 16 knots, she should arrive at Hueneme early Saturday morning between midnight and 6AM.

Soo! From waiting till production to picking up your new M3 takes about how long? I'm dying here. Dealer told me 8 weeks but I'm thinking longer? Any good guesses? Thx

That sounds about right. Four bottlenecks are where most people get stuck:

1- When production actually starts.

2- How long it takes to get on a ship.

3- Delays with customs/VPC at port of entry.

4- Waiting for the shipping truck to fill up and go to the dealership (doesn't really apply to anyone in a large city because the trucks will fill up quickly).

Just read the tracking thread and you will be able to keep track of things as much as possible.
