New Service Advisor @ McKenna BMW

Hello ladies and gentlemen, just wanted to formally introduce myself here on the board. Not exactly new to the board being that I also have a regular username(Cboy1), but with all that aside just wanted to extend my services to the members of this forum. Although I am new to McKenna, I am am not new to the brand being I too also own and daily drive a tastefully modded E92 M3. Here at McKenna we'd like to offer competitive labor rates for those of you interested in modding their vehicles here at our facility, together with the parts department and our service director we feel confident that we're the only true "mod friendly" dealership that's local to the region of LA county and Orange county combined. Much like many if not all dealerships, BMW allows a certain amount of loaner cars to be in their fleet, so chances are if we can't provide with a BMW loaner then we can always opt to use Enterprise free of charge.

Nice to know Charlie! I've had good experience dealing with Gilbert for my modding needs, and I hope it'll be the same if I ever take my M3 in for service

Charlie is def one of the best service advisors in socal! Brought my car in for a peculiar issue that may or may not be resolved and Charlie was able to efficiently go out of his way and get the job done.He also tries his best automatically to get a loaner if they are available so 10/10 for Charlie,Thanks!
