It's funny how the e36 m3 was despised by so many journalists, it happens to be my favorite one. The engine was still powerful, had great torque, and with the way I had it modded was the best handling car I've ever driven.

they had soul patches since the '50s. what's so wrong with hanging on to some things from your youth?

would you give up the music you listen to? stop playing video games? dress in a bow tie and a sweater vest because you reached a certain milestone in ages and that's what you think people look like that are that old?

sure, some things don't work passed a certain age....miniskirts, ponytails on guys...i'm sure you can think of quite a few.

but a soul patch? c'mon, stop being so critical.

Sorry Hyperjack, soul patch = pony tail, plus soul patches were not from his or my youth, that is a 90s- thing, it just looked bad imho.
