skforzagroup wrotePretty much the same as the M3, just an additional clip IIRC.anyone know how to unclip the chrome side marker?
jamze132 wroteThat's correct the install is just like the M3 sides.Pretty much the same as the M3, just an additional clip IIRC.
skforzagroup wroteThe below DIY is for the F10 M5, but we have found almost all rear reflectors follow the same general installation guideline.Andrew, do you have to remove the rear bumper for the reflectors to be installed
FrstBmr wroteAnything?Do you guys offer the new 13 and up grill in the package?
Andrew@IND wrotedefinitely does not look like that for the X6MThe below DIY is for the F10 M5, but we have found almost all rear reflectors follow the same general installation guideline.

skforzagroup wroteI apologize, I was thinking X5M. In order to remove the rear reflector on the X6M the rear bumper cover must be removed. The reflector is rather large and has a substantially sized mounting flange. Below is a photo off the vehicle.definitely does not look like that for the X6M
FrstBmr wroteWe have attempted to purchase the 2013+ cores from BMW using VIN and have not been successful. Our representative at BMW states there is not a valid part number for the 2013+ front grill and it was simply a production piece. As we are not affiliated with BMW it is difficult to say whether this statement has any teeth.Anything?

From our experience the pre-LCI (--2013) grill does fit the 2013+ car. If a client wishes to have the new style front grill they can ship them to our location and we will charge for paint service.
FrstBmr wroteYes, that is essentially what they are communicating to us. As mentioned we have tried to order via VIN with no success.Ok, thanks.
I wonder what the problem is? So, if one were in an accident they would have to get the old grill?
Something doesn't smell right.
Andrew@IND wroteI believe you. I was talking about them when I referred to the smell.Yes, that is essentially what they are communicating to us. As mentioned we have tried to order via VIN with no success.
