They are indeed a great choice for track wheels for those in Germany. We will look into what it would take for us to get the wheels to be TUV approved, and will see if it is feasible to do so.

interested in the next couple of months. What is the most popular HPDE set-up (staggered or non for the E90 M3)? I would like to be able to rotate tires but I also am a fan of grip and not modifying the body.

For a squared setup on your e90 M3, we usually recommend the 18x10" ET25 squared setup with 275/35/18. This is a direct bolt on set up with street tires, and some R-compounds such as the Nitto NT01 would work without the need of aftermarket suspension or camber plates if you plan to move on to those in the future. Our camber plates of choice would be the Ground Control Street camber plates because they are very well built and not as noisy in comparison to many others. This is the top choice of all of our e9x M3 owners that purchases our wheels with the intent of track use while still being able to drive on the street regularly.

The square setup will be beneficial for track use due to its more neutralized feel. It will also allow you to rotate your tires to maximize their life span. Some owners don't feel the understeer of the E9x M3 and prefer to stick to the staggered setup to maintain the feel of the stock car and avoid any unwanted oversteer caused by a squared setup.

If you'd prefer a staggered setup because you feel that the understeer is not an issue, you can choose to with the 18x9.5" ET22 and 18x10.5" ET27 staggered setup with 265/35/18 tires and 285/35/18 street tire sizes and would not require any additional modifications for it to work. If your car mostly sees the street, the best tires would be the Michelin Pilot Super Sports for dual duty. If you are trying to use these wheels for a dedicated track set, the Hankook R-S3 is a popular street tire that provides a lot of grip, and is one of the fastest street tires available.

We are expecting a restock towards the end of May, though we don't have an exact ETA as of now.

Our EC-7's for the rear of your M3 in 18x10" ET25, 18x10.5" ET27, and 18x11" ET25 do clear the Brembo 380mm without any issues.

This would be the standard staggered fitment on the e9x M3 used with the 265/35/18 and 285/35/18 sized tires. There is also the 18x10" ET25 and 18x11" ET25 with 275/35/18 and 295/30/19 tire sizes, or 18x10" ET25 squared with 275/35/18 tire size. All of the fitments look the same as they all have Profile 3 faces front and rear, it comes down to your preference in aggressiveness, and squared or staggered.
