Looks dope! What kind of rims? I like how the thin spokes really make the BBK pop.
Nice colour/car Dave - but I'm far more interested in the Harrop SC under the hood.

That is a TVS1740 from Harrop isn't it ?

Can you provide us any details ? Are you one of the beta testers ?

I've been anticipating this kit's release date forever.

The rims are Forgeline GA1R with 255x35x19 and 295x30x19. They do look really good and are a premium monoblock rim.

Yes it is and not so beta, this is the full release to market hardware. What I can say is driveability and enjoyment is not affected, it's super smooth and very responsive when driven around town, idle is like stock, not lumpy or cammy sounding,no compressor noise, but on throttle it's a monster, massive torque down low and brutal acceleration. Fuel economy is not dramatically affected, it does scream though when you give it throttle. Be patient... it's worth the wait.

Thanks for the info Dave, very much appreciated. It sounds like what I have been expecting, especially the low end grunt.

I don't want to turn your thread in to one about the kit so I'll just go back to sitting on my thumbs anticipating the kit's full release to my market. If you have any idea on timing, please PM me if possible - thx

Enjoy - beautiful car.
Very nice car  Can't wait to hear final number on that sc kit
Very nice setup. Rims and paint look great together
Thanks guys, I'm loving it, had the car nearly 4 years now and it gets better every day
Great look car I'm really diggin' that blue
beautiful OP.
One of the finest in Australia!
Bad ass!
Nice ryde man. Looks good with black rims.
Those rims are very clean and complement the whole car and allow the BBK's to pop.

What brand angel eyes are you using? Very bright.

Yes they are bright, they are the Predator V4 rings, it's a total headlight remove and refit. All the internal chrome was primed and painted satin black and the turn signal lamps were replaced by 10 watt LEDs. Quite a job but the end result was worth the effort

The Harrop TVS SC kit is now available in very limited numbers to Australian customers. It will not be long now for USA. I don't want to turn this into a SC thread but will be releasing more details very soon in a dedicated post. Based on my own experience in my car, which is a project car, the experience could not be better.
