So I guess nobody is driving their M?
I drive mine all year, every year in NH. Snow wheels in winter. It gets around. Had some issues in 6 inches of unplowed snow up hill, but my car is lowered about 1.5 inches. It was fun.
Morning drive to work.
Never parking near the trees again. Close call...

Holy sh*t. That was really close. That's why my M stays in the garage until spring. I drove my 540i 6-speed year round. Couple of people sliding into me did it for me. No more winter driving. My TL 6-speed is a beast in the snow.
I have mine in the garage all winter but I'm starting to get spring fever in February!
Year round...

Mr. BMW wroteI keep buying mods to pacify me through these months. Lol. Sitting in a box are camber plates, wheel spacers, and ss brake lines just waiting for spring.I'm in the same boat. m3m3mr wroteEven though I'm driving mine through the winter I'm doing the same with hoarding new mods until spring. I have a Stoptech BBK, KW sleeve-over kit, carbon rear diffuser, carbon trunk lip spoiler and new exhaust tips all waiting to go on. I'm getting pretty anxious.Mr. BMW wroteI keep buying mods to pacify me through these months. Lol. Saw a White E92 on Walnut street in Saugus this morning. Anybody on here?
Time to resurrect this thread. I hope nobody is drive their M in this crap!
I have been driving my 08 E90M3. It can't plow 8-12 inches of snow but if the roads have been driven on, it can get around. Looks like we have another foot coming to southern NH.
Bump...
i drove my X5M with blizzaks around for fun yesterday...it WAS fun
I drive my 08M3 and 08 535xit. We got a foot of snow and temps as low as -15F. I alternate cars when it’s this cold to keep the batteries fully charged. Amperage is way down when it’s below zero. 535xi can get through stuff the M3 can’t due to ground clearance and AWD. Both run snow wheels.
It’s borderline terrifying but still fun when no traffic is out there. Had an interesting sideways commute to work in Portsmouth area Friday morning. I haven’t put winters on yet due to some southern road trips I have planned.
MW E93, super charger enjoyed the cold air and I respected the previous owner’s winter package option.
