Proposed M3 Maintenance Schedule

Is a version of a time based maintenance schedule? I barely put 5000 miles a year and currently have 18,500 miles on a 2013 model year that I drove out in April 2013.

Is this something that anyone can share? What should I be looking to do on a time based schedule as I will never hit the mileage suggestions for most of the maintenance items. Currently I replace my engine oil every 5000 miles or one year. Other than that, its only break fluid very 2 years and coolant every 4.

So, based on what I’m reading here does the attached sheet appear to be a good maintenance schedule?

I usually do my oil change every 5000 miles but I've heard some people do it every 3000 and others say 7500-8000 miles.

Should I stick to 5000?

Quite a few of the guys onboard seems to stick to 5k interval (me included). Never done an oil test myself but apparently the oil is typically judged ok even at 10k. Hence Im leaning to that 5k is OCD enough for normal useage.

I'll most likely just be changing mine annually since I expect to put so few miles on it. But, no more than 5K between changes.

Car is at 107k miles/172k km, in-service date July 2017

OIL AND FILTER- I do this every 5-6k miles (1/2 interval of CBS).

DIFFERENTIAL FLUIDS, ENGINE & CABIN AIR FILTERS- According to CBS (I think every 3rd CBS oil change)

DCT FLUID- Never done this

Replace belts, pulleys, hoses, water pump, thermostat and related parts by 100k miles if not sooner - never done any of this

SPARK PLUGS- Every 3rd CBS oil change

SHOCKS- Never done this

BRAKE FLUID- Every 2 years

COOLANT- Never done this

POWER STEERING FLUID- Never done this

FUEL FILTER- Never done this

BATTERY- Never done this

ADJUST VALVES- Never done this

Curently sitting at 98k miles. Did most items on mentioned list except never had DCT fluid change. Do I need to be concerned with the DCT fluid change? I don't track the car, mostly city driving.

You need to be concerned about the fluid level at least. These things love to leak DCT fluid.

Havent had any leaks since changing to the NRW valve covers. The DCT never had any problems shifting in auto or manual mode. Guess Ill replace once I starting seeing leaks.

Looking for general time bound guidance as well. I'm at 10K miles on my '11. Other than engine oil (annual) and brakes (biennial), getting coolant, power steering, blinker and diff fluids exchanged now.

Spark plugs? DCT? Engine and trans mounts? Anything else? Gracias.
