If it is the white over black 2012 I'm not familiar with the car locally. I will say the interior pics show a good amount of wear and tear, probably normal for 51k miles but buttons and otherwise need a good cleaning and detail. I personally would rather buy a used car from a private party original owner so You can get the straight story.
Thanks IB M -

I will say that the car is in better shape than what the pics show. I did not notice any major issues with the interior when I saw it in person. For example, the small paint chip on the passenger door jam has been filled in.

I'm afraid the reason it has not sold is simply due to price.

I would absolutely be in interested in a private sale locally. If anyone is aware of any sales I'd love to give them a look.

Another potential reason is the airbag recall. Guessing if this one's for sale, it's been replaced, but that may have been the reason for the extended stay at the dealer.

I asked - recall has not been completed. It seems that the cars hitting BMW dealers, with open recalls, are being fixed before sale. However, any others are not. Please correct my assumption if I'm wrong on this... I'm basing it off a handful of conversations over the last few months.

Hey there - potential buyer here, local to Charlotte.

I've posted in the buying thread regarding a price check but wanted to check with fellow locals on this particular car...It's been on the lot for 90+ days... I test drove it but was curious if anyone has any additional details on it.

Sales team seems pretty firm on the price:

Sounds like a pretty good deal for a 12 ZCP coupe. How did it drive? If it is optioned the way you like I say try to work out a deal. White coupes w/ CF roof look great.

I haven't been to C&C in a while. Where is it these days ?

Carfax looks ok, but feel free to point out anything that I may have missed.

Cars and Coffee is first Saturday of each month in the big parking lot off Monroe rd behind Bojangles.

Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Car Fax looks clean, always a NC car which is good assuming it didn't see too much snow / salted roads in the Boone area. 3 previous owners in just 5 years not ideal but not a deal breaker either. PPI including lift undercarriage inspection is always a smart move if ur serious about car.

If you haven't seen/heard yet, Charlotte C&C is losing their location again due to a select few not respecting the rules. Tomorrow will be the last one at the current location.

It got stupid last month with several burnouts right in front of police.

I'm not surprised. Last time I was there a new 5.0 Mustang lost control and hit the fire hydrant that was beside Mattie's Diner. This was obviously at the old location.
Random question, i'm thinking of trading in my car after the summer, but my property tax is due in june. if i pay my property tax and then trade in my car 2 months later, can i just swap the plate over?

the car i would be getting is slightly higher in value so i'm assuming i'd have to pay the difference.

I just don't feel like dealing with the headache of paying it twice and waiting for the state to refund me the difference...i guess my other option would be to trade it in now.

anyone know the answer??
following my random question with another random question....where are you guys taking your car in the CLT area to get inspected?

read some horror stories down here about taking your to certain places.
It's HERE! Placed ever so carefully on the street after a long ride from the West Coast in an enclosed hauler.

The paint correction, resin and clear bra turned out absolutely amazing!

Correct get it inspected then plate swaps and is good until the following June. You don't have to pay the difference. I just saved about $500 by swapping a tag off a 2004 vehicle to my new 17M. Did inspection and registration 30 days early then swapped plates.

I'm just praying it will last! I have about 2 inch clearance from the ground so I drive extremely cautious now.

Oh shit, I didn't realize you're in Charlotte when I commented on your other thread. I'll have to see this car sometime in person now!
