So after a long wait and not knowing where my car went cause the insurance company didn't tell me they're going to follow through with the repairs I finally got it back.

Picture taken at the body shop, hood was just popped for the headlight.

Nice. We were driving around the upstate of SC today and it was amazing. Peak fall color and perfect weather.

I just finished the OEM exhaust mod and got it installed. Did all the work myself and really the only issue I ran into was the seized bolts in the muffler > x-pipe clamps.

I did a 2.75 pipe mod and love it. Little to no drone (relative to my Z4M which has horrible drone) and not obnoxiously loud inside the cabin, but definitely louder and more aggressive than stock. Can still hold a conversation without effort.

From the outside, especially under heavier throttle it really barks. Has a less-exotic tone than I would like, but not as muscle-car sounding as a C63. Though the cold-start is excessively loud, I can't say I'll be pissing off any neighbours with this car (unless I'm WOT down the street).
I installed the Bimmer Retrofit rear-camera with dynamic lines. It was a simple plug and play install with self-coding. Total install time was 1.15. most of this time was spent running the main wire to the trunk and keeping it all hidden.

What must it be like to be a Stripclub DJ? The mind boggles. Perhaps your screen name hints at what happens when the day job is over?

PS:
When you were little, and people asked, "what do you want to be when you grow up?", was your response "a Strip Club DJ"? Again, the mind boggles. Sorry just had to ask.
Hahaha! Well I'm sorry to disappoint , but I'm a bmw/porsche race car technician .

The screen name came from a time when I was 21 and went to a huge strip club for my birthday, and they were playing some weak ass music.... soo I asked the manager if I can kick the DJ to the side and turn it into a real party :happyanim:
And I did just that
And I did it just about Every time I went there after, earning me the nickname stripclubDJ from my friends haha

And, it pisses my wife off so it's been my screen names on forums, Xbox , etc :)
New plugs! Well worth the $$. M3s like new plugs!

I just knew there was a great story in there somewhere... Thanks for not disappointing us.
Fun times! I'm 26 now and still got more stripclubDJ times in me to come haha

I really like the colour of your car.

I need to get my car polished to remove scratches from the previous owner
Thank you. I think SS II might be my favorite M color since I bought the car last year. I always wanted one in AW until I saw this in person. Pictures really don't do it justice.

You have any plans on swapping those chrome side markers with black ones?
Drove it for the last time to work before storage. :(

I'm not sure if black side markers would look better. Not sure if that would match with the hyper silver wheels and stock chrome grills.
