jdamore wroteWow that looks incredible...how many hours total did that take? For the record, i do not regret it now but, its a concern IF I ever decide to sell. I took apart every unit/device/panel to the guts and replaced EVERY amber led to blue.
I love it but, there is no way I'm putting it back.

Law wroteWhy not just enjoy the car. I bought mine used and it has some cosmetic issues that bother me. Like the flaking valve cover. I also had the paint corrected and ceramic pro. The only modifications will be the brakes. It's strictly a poser move. I don't care.I find myself going back and forth with certain details.
I tend to find myself torn between the "OEM+", "classic" look versus the "aggressive", "tastefully modded" look.
I've gone back and forth with black & chrome kidneys.
With wheels, it's had TE37SL, TE37RT, and Black OEM 359s.
I recently switched all the exterior bulbs back to OEM, including Halogen Angel Eyes.
Currently, it's got OEM gloss black kidneys, OEM halogen angel eyes, and OEM black 359s, with every other M Performance accessory (sans interior trim since I have CF leather) except for exhaust, which has had Akrapovic Evo (which i love).
I still have my TE37RT and chrome kidneys should I ever want to change it up again.

I powdered coated my oem zcp wheels to gunmental, saw another jerez e92 m3 with the classic silver, will be getting a second set of zcp in silver again.

Hey Frozen, since you asked the question... What have you done/planning on doing?
Simply ask, but one should never imply, ignorance is bliss. Always give your fellow man the benefit of the doubt. Only the man upstairs can pass judgement. Happy motoring
GotV8? wrotelol I was not implying you hadn't had them done. I was implying that a photo of your rims would put a smile on many faces and you did not fail to deliver. Just got mine redone also in gunmetal. Best dollar per HP mod I have done as it really awakened my M3's appearance and added several HP as she looks faster.Simply ask, but one should never imply, ignorance is bliss. BOOF-M3 wroteAll I have done so far is the DCT tune and some coding...I’m planning on a BMC filter but that’s pretty much it for now:)Hey Frozen, since you asked the question... What have you done/planning on doing?
Silverstoneorspacegray wroteI have the MPE and honestly it’s the perfect sound...sporty without being obnoxious at all. I’m in my mid 40’s, so was not looking for anything boy racer at all. Good luck! That's exactly where I am. Bought mine used and it came on the h&r sport springs but I got a Carly, alpine DCT tune and bought a big green filter only to open up the air box and find one already in there from the previous owner.
MPE going on on Saturday but I'm a bit nervous it'll be too much - looking for OEM+ not anything too obviously aftermarket.
FrozenAg wroteThank you! Probably around 10 hoursWow that looks incredible...how many hours total did that take?
BOOF-M3 wroteIts an androidpc.. the CCC nav doesn't have apps so I improvised. What is on your Idrive screen? Is that in Apps? The blue is pretty cool.
Only one I really regret is probably the carbon fiber interior trim bits. I think the rattling got worse after it and it wasn't worth the money.

jdamore wroteDo you find the blue gives you any eyestrain? I'm not a fan of the red look but they use for the same reason pilots do, it allows your vision to remain dark adjusted at night. For the record, i do not regret it now but, its a concern IF I ever decide to sell. DSilk wroteI am reminded of a comment made in Road & Track magazine in the early 1970s
I took the opportunity, while switching out my front bumper cap, to have my wheels sent out to be refinished, as the black coating was showing wear and scratches. My mechanic saya they look amazing. I pick up my car tomorrow so I'll see for myself.
Silverstoneorspacegray wroteIf it's oem carbon interior it would probably be fine. Mine isn't oem though. In the end it's your own choice.pooyab wroteThis helps me convince myself not to get the carbon trim. I have the wood now and don’t like it. I know I shouldn’t get it and have to stop myself from buying it when it pops up for sale here.Only one I really regret is probably the carbon fiber interior trim bits. No regrets what so ever, love them all.

None yet on the e90 but when I had my ZHP I got a sprintbooster (pretty much same thing as the power button on e9x m3s but aftermarket, just increases throttle sensitivity).
I think I used that stupid thing like twice - waste of money imo.
