The best thread going right now, definitely a win.
Hey Everyone,
Has anyone had to do maintenance on their hard top?
I noticed when I raise the top, I'm getting a hesitation and slight churp noise from what I think is the passenger side. One day I had to nudge it to get it come up. I was on level ground so that isn't the culprit.
I see that there is a OEM hydraulic fluid available at ECS for $30.
Have any of you had a similar issue? How did you resolve?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Pulled off on PCH in malibu to take a phone call and snapped a quick picture. Guy parked in front of me figured I was listing for sale, so I played along and he wound up offering $36k on the spot. Unfortunately for him, the smiles I get from this thing are worth more than that to me at the moment
The perfect storm so to speak. Congrats on the offer lol. What year, mileage, mods etc... Was that too good a deal to pass up?

In the context of other e93 listings that I keep an eye on, $36k seemed like a strong offer (considering that mods dont typically give hold resale value), but I love the car as it is, so not worth it to have to replace/replicateThe perfect storm so to speak. Yea my lightly modded 2011 E93 with 75,000 miles would have been in his garage that day. Great looking car and tasteful mods as they say.

36k is very strong imo.
Enjoy the car.
A few pics from my phone including one where some girl got in the way of what could've been a great picture after a detail.

Always looking the same , always looking the best !
Rob_O wroteAwesome car! The car looks lowered, what's your setup?
Recently added Mode Carbon GTS V1 CF lip; IND painted side gills (with light tint LEDs) and IND painted grilles (with tri-color inlays), both Jet Black; Macht Schnell stud conversion (75mm) and Macht Schnell spacers, 10mm front / 3mm rear). Also dialied in the suspension a bit so it's better matched to Seattle area roads. If only I could put the top down.
This is my latest pic, have updated a few things since this
