At first I thought it matched the blue in the BMW Roundel (see the first pic by IND above). Odd that it doesn't.
agree - it is odd. in real life pics, the IND blue doesn't appear to match the roundel OR the blue stripe in the M Perf wheel. where did IND get this shade of blue and why was it chosen?

paging @IND-Distribution
I got mine from IG: mashimarho (Sean Rho) for about 25 bucks. The install took me about 15 minutes. Remote image:

Polaris blue starter button installed on my E70 X5M. Thanks IND.

Are anyone else's M and Power/Start button icon colors match with the rest of the icons? Does it become more white when you "seat" them into the module? It is more grey than what the picture depicts it. Asking for an OCD friend...

Anyone's interior trim slightly looser after installing their new start button? I even replaced the clips. The trim is looser than from when it wasn't removed but still unnoticeable if I hadn't mentioned it.

Got a start button from ECS, and it came with the 320si etched on the bottom. Looking at real oem it does show that as an option. lol.

What gives?
I was annoyed when I ordered this from ecs and noticed the 320si on the bottom of the ring- had to return it

Ordered a carbon fiber withbthe bmw colors on side and a red button- but I think the pure silver ring with a red button center looks best
I really wish ind would make a blue M button for the E70 X5M.

No. They stay that color when they are not lit, when it's at night they match each button's brightness.

Would be cool to see you guys pair up the red button with a green LED to replace the orange one for the start/stop

And a white LED with the blue one
Blue start/stop button and M button thanks to IND

Looks beautiful. I wonder if the blue E9X M button will fit the X5M. I looked at them but they seem to be a slightly different shape.

that's the reason why i even got rid of my ///M stripes on my grill. too many non-m drivers slapping it on their x1 28i or random 428... :mad0260:
